Hey CyberARTIST Today im going to talk about the "Rotate Tool".You could use this to Rotate a Image you have made and want to have it upside down or anything else. Using this Tool was very simple to use. I would give the video 7-10 I found it easy to understand and the tool was easy to use. The video could have been better if the creator had made the video much crisper it would have been better. This was the only thing that bugged me about the video. Here is a link to the video
